REFERENCES AAPPQ, Role Security and Therapeutic Commitment.

This list covers many of the original references to the issues of Therapeutic commitment and Role security. The original qualitative studies are described in in Shaw et - Responding to Drinking Problems  which also contains sections of my PhD.  The PhD contains detailed descriptions of the development of the AAPPQ which is not available elsewhere - there is not any copies on disk.  The AAPPQ followed later.  Please let me know if you have other references to add to the list.  From my own correspondence I know there are a huge number of thesis and unpublished studies that are not in this list.
